"Why do people go and see movies only to make fun of it?" - Chris


This is a really good question. I'm sure you have been to a movie theater and you're watching a movie that you've really wanted to see and there is always that group of kids in the back that are being loud and obnoxious and spoiling the movie for everyone else. These are usually the same kids who made fun of the people that go to the midnight releases of things like Lord of the Rings and Harry potter dressed in costume. You know they aren't fans of the books/movies, yet they still go there. Why?

Why on earth would people spend $10 to go see a movie, waste 2.5 hours of their time to go and make fun of something that other people enjoy? how sorry and sad must your life be that you're gonna waste your time and money to go and ruin things for people? I mean seriously, isn't there something better you could be doing with your asshole friends other than making fun of the Harry Potter fans? I could think of a lot better things I could spend $10 on than a movie I don't want to see to ruin it and make fun of the people who actually want to see it.

In short, my answer is, they're assholes.
